My yoga journey began during the COVID pandemic when I sought inner peace and a deeper connection with myself.
This quest led me to fully immerse myself in the practice, and in 2022, I began my teacher training here in Praha. Since then, I’ve explored various styles of yoga, with a particular passion for Vinyasa and Yin yoga. I love guiding others in channeling energy, balancing chakras, and finding harmony within bodies and minds.
Born in Taiwan, a beautiful island rich in astonishing landscapes, I bring with me the essence of Eastern philosophy and wellness traditions. Outside of yoga, I enjoy cycling, diving, playing volleyball and badminton, as well as cross-training. I’m also deeply interested in the study of Chi, Chinese acupuncture, and psychology, all of which have profoundly shaped the way I embrace life with a new sense of balance.
Through my teaching, I would like to share the transformative power of yoga and inspire individuals to discover their own paths to peace, energy, and vitality.
